Just picked one up today and while none of my blades were very dull, with the exception of my old leatherman's blade, I was able to get all my knives hair popping sharp in minutes. The leatherman took maybe 10 minutes, but it was my first try.
If you are thinking about getting one of these, do it! The video is very clear and coupled with the instruction manual, a monkey could learn to use the Sharpmaker in minutes!
Next up, our kitchen knives, then the scissors...and then I think I'll go dig up my mini camping hatchet out of the garage and then go see if any of our neighbors want *their* kitchen knives sharpened!! It's also kind of fun.
