Wow! What a mini-light!!!

Cool! Note that the orange photon is one of the most anemic, being nowhere near as bright as my beloved turquoise (laugh all you want Walt

). Do you have any of the bright photons -- double-battery green, turquoise, or white -- to try it against?

I have the white one and it is identical to the white Photon. It uses the same LED and same double 2016 batteries. So except for the case they are the same. The microlights are nice because they have the LED inside the case, but they don't have a switch to keep them on, just press and hold. I haven’t seen the newer translucent ones, but I would be willing to bet it is just the case, at least as far as the white is concerned.

I've got a white one of these.

As it was free, I'd not pay £15 for one which is the going rate for LED lights in the UK - I've lost my PhotonII so I feel an order for some coming on!

I had the turquoise PhotonII too - not too good on telling colours apart, but it sure is a bright little [lost or stolen] LED Light.

Constant-on make the PhotonII the best micro LED light IMHO.

I got a bunch of those for $6.00 . I like them ,very easy to change the batteries, would like to have an "on" switch though.

Is that the light that you can hold in your mouth and turn it on??
just wondering. I think I saw those at a gun show awhile back.

An important feature for some people is that the LED is inside the case, so it does not scatter any more light than it should (so this means that you can see without being seen). The risk of someone spotting you is much smaller, if this means something to you.
