WR Clark knife

I have a knife I got from my father, it is a really nice wood inlayed folder the blade has WR Clark on one side and a bone on the other side. The top of the blade has beautiful fileing marks on it, can anyone tell me about this? How much is it worth? Ive had it for about 18 years, been in my closet wrapped up ever since
