Does anyone know anything about a knife called the Wraith? It is a large single-edged, single guard knife. They appear to be well made with some sort of black handle material and the blade and guard are sbead-blast finish, the blade is thick, maybe 3/16-1/4 stock. I have been told that they were some sort of military contract knife from the 1970's. The sheaths are black leather. Can anyone make a ballpark guess as to the worth of a nib one?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

The Wraith was a combat-fighter made in Seki Japan and imported by Aristocrat Knives in the late 80's-early 90's.

Mike Stewart of Blackjack infamy reputedly designed it, but who knows...

Its a neat knife in my opinion. They usually sell from $75-100 bucks in new condition.

They were made by Aristocrat Knives, I think...I always wanted one, but they seemed a tad too expesive at the time...

When they came out, they were asking between $175 and $225, depending where you looked, I think, so if you have one NIB it would probably be worth about $150 to the right collector.

This is all real shady in my mind, and working off-the-cuff. Hopefully, someone will be able to speak definitively on the matter. Have you asked over in Levine's forum? I'd think that'd be the place to go to find out for sure!
