My lovely wife got me an orange Izula for Christmas this year. This is my first ESEE and I'm sure it won't be my last. There is nothing I can say that hasn't already been said about this knife. I followed SMI's tutorial and wrapped it with some grey para-cord.

It goes well with some of the other orange camping stuff I have.

I haven't cut much with it yet, but it did OK on a fairly hard chunk of fatwood I have.

I also contacted ESEE with a question on a part of the kit I thought was missing and Mike got back to me within a couple of hours. Can't beat customer service like that.

Overall I am very pleased with this knife and can't wait to get more ESEE's.

Good looking izula! Your misses has good taste. I just got a OD izula a few days ago and I'm liking it alot. It really bridges the gap between folders and fix blades with it's size and strength.

Excellent photos.

I'd like to see an orange Izula wrapped with black paracord.

I would too, if I had some black, that's what I would have used. The grey was the darkest para-cord I had.

I like the para-cord color you have. Black is too Halloween for me.
