Wrightwood, CA Camping/Hiking

I've been to Deer Flats which is somewhere up in that area, but it was about 10 years ago so I'm not positive. I think it's still part of Angeles NF and is a really nice area.
 
I've been there on a couple of ski trips and its pretty nice. I've never done any camping or hiking through the area. During winter it is pretty picturesque. What time are you going to be there?

Not sure, what time you want to meet?:D
 
Not sure I'd be able to do much hiking right now. Just thinking I'd pop in and say hey but that would depend on whether the GF is going into work tomorrow.
 
I wish but not this weekend man. One of these days we have to meet up though.
 
Dude thats like 10 minutes from my house, take alot of water and watch for rattlers. I'd go but theres a family reunion in Santa Ana with BBQ and Softball.
