Wrist Lanyard?

Could someone show me how to tie a wrist lanyard out of 550 cord? A video would be great too.

But how do you attach the cord to the handle?

You can do it a couple of ways. you can either run the cord through the lanyard hole and then tie the lanyard or you can use a cow hitch to attach an already made lanyard.

Youtube is the best place to find a wide array of styles. I just recently started practicing and I found some easy lanyards that take 10-15 minutes. Then again, I found some that are advanced and confusing.
