Wrist strap/bracelet strop?

A few years back, I saw online for sale a wrist bracelet that doubled as a strop. It unfolded to reveal a stropping compound.

Gimmicky as all get out and I dismissed it, but also cool as you can imagine an Eastern European henchman in a Frederick Forsyth novel wearing one.

Anyone remember this or seen one for sale?
