Complaint wrongly blocked out on messages

The system says I reached the allowed number of messages, which is 250. In fact, I sent only 68 messages. Under the "250 messages" the bar clearly shows 39% of used allocation. Please help remove the block.

Sounds like you actually have 68 threads. Every single message in each of those threads counts towards the 250 total. If you click into a message thread, you will see a different percentage at the top.

Thanks a lot! I wish they explained it well. Got rid of some and now it is back to normal. But the "leave" option instead of "trash" sounds misleading...
