A while back I posted a thread to help me I.D. some old iron i found while tilling the garden.I couldnt really be sure what it's original use was but I was happy to find it.Today I was helping my friend set up a tree stand behind my house,and I remembered that there is an old bomb shelter or some kind of panic room cut into the hill.I went up the hill with my friends son to show him the old brick shelter and I found my source of wrought iron.
Since I live on old farm land I kind of figured that it could have come from anywhere,but now I know the source.There were 2 more like it that were under some fallen brick's.The hinge pictured is in great shape,I might even see if I can put it on my new shop when I build it.
