W's Damascus and Blackwood

This one was done some time ago, but I never got a chance to share it. My first shot at W's pattern damascus, 240 layers of 1084 and 15n20, differentially hardened. Nickle silver guard, African Blackwood handle, Mule deer pommel.

Another nice one. That is some really wonderful pattern welded steel on what looks to be an excellent looking knife.

Thanks Keith. I kinda like the W's pattern, and am thinking it may look good with a higher layer count and twisted. So many possibilities, so little time!
