I wonder why it seems so QUIET! Come on KaBar! What happened to the Sprint Runs? Even Micarta and or G10 for the 14/24 would be very cool 😎 Maybe some all Black VZ's for all ! How about Something?
 
I hear ya, not much going on around these parts anymore. Ethan must be busy, he hasn't chimed in as much lately.
 
I was definitely hoping to hear about something new from Becker coming out of shot show from Kabar. I know I do every year but somehow more this year.....maybe due to some of the models being discoed around the same time (or seemed to me)
 
Ethan has been at SHOT show, and enjoying December traveling with friends and family and is currently chilling with da kids :D
 
I hear yah man...... Kabar did realse 1 only 1 knife this year... the jarosz choppa however it's been quite sometime before Ethan released one
 
The BK20 was released last year, it hasn't been _that_ long. The BK21 also didn't come out too too long ago. I get what you mean tho, an addition to the current line up is always welcome :D

There also hasn't been very much 'new blood' in our hobby for a while (newer active members on this website). With the increasing number of companies providing access to different various designers, as well as the increase in blade smiths; there are a ton of different designs and materials available. Coming up with something 'new' that provides the performance we all know an love (keeping cost in mind), has to be extremely difficult.

Or maybe we just need another contest that involves the removal of body hair in entertaining ways.

I had a chat with a KaBar rep at SHOT in regards to the exact topic of this thread.

We Beckerheads and those that frequent this sub-forum are the connoisseurs, those who can tell the difference between aged porterhouse and ground chuck.
