Oh the dreaded "Conus only" rears its ugly head.lol.
I would have paid the shipping on top of the 40$.
I've been buying knives from the U.S for 20 years without any problems with shipping etc. And its a perfectly legal fixed blade so there is no problem there.

If its still a no-go then...well.. its your knife sell it to whom you will.
