WTS: Buck Vantage Select Large Customized

*SOLD* Hello all, I have a Buck Vantage Select Large that I would like to sell. Its got the box and papers, it is uncarried/unused and is essentially new except for the fact that I removed metal on the liner lock side so that the liner is even with the scale just like on the non-liner side. This makes opening the knife left handed with the thumbhole MUCH easier, it also prevents that raised liner from digging into your trigger finger when the knife is open. The knife is still very easy to close and why Buck chose to block the thumb hole on the left side of the blade with so much liner is a mystery to me. Anyway, it looks factory. Lock up is rock solid and early. Blade is centered perfectly in real life, though my pictures suck. This knife was made in March of 2010 and has no issues. I would keep it but just got a Vantage Select small and am kinda moving toward some smaller knives at the moment. $18 shipping/paypal to the lower 48, or I'll consider trades. Thanks for looking.

420 high carbon, supposedly to about 58 RC, but some say Buck often runs them to 60-61 so they'll hold an edge longer. It's good stuff, takes a fine edge but easy to sharpen and no chipping problems.
