1. Are you a gold member? Just want to make sure before proceeding.
2. What payment method do you accept?

Yes, as of a little while ago I am a gold member. For some reason it has not updated on my profile, but I paid for the annual subscription earlier tonight.

Paypal is fine for payment or money order.

I like to ship using USPS either 1st class with delivery confirmation or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, so shipping would be either $ 3 or $ 5 depending on which someone would prefer.
