I have one Wilkins Ryback Chef's Knife/Restaurant Model for sale. It is used but is in excellent condition. It still has the original edge and is very sharp. I have always washed this knife separately in the sink as to minimize damage/scratching. It does have one blemish on the bottom of the grip which appears to be a heat treating mark. Asking $135 shipped in CONUS. I want to keep this one in CONUS. PayPal (you pay the fees) or Postal money order. I'm not looking for trades on this one.
