WTS/WTT a Chris Reeve Project one MK VI fixed blade knife safe queen born on December 29 2008. The Project One series has been out of production for a few years now and are becoming increasingly difficult to find. They are a fixed blade, hollow handled knife with NO seam. The entire knife is machined from one billet of A2 tool steel, so there are no screws or solder holding a knife blade and the handle together. This is an extremely strong knife with a hollow handle that seals with a screw-on pommel cap machined from a billet of D65 aluminum alloy and kept watertight with an o-ring on the cap threads. There is adequate room inside of the handle for things such as fish hooks, 550 cord, matches or other small survival gear.
This picture clearly shows you how there is a one piece knife:
This is what the pommel cap looks like:
This is what the inside of the handle looks like:
This is the checkering on the handle:
And here is a view of the knife with the birth certificate:
I am asking $545 via Paypal (3%) or USPS money order. I will consider a trade for a used Mossberg 930 SPX, an M&P 40 or M&P 9 used, various Springfield XDs, a Mossberg 590A1 with the 18.5" barrel that has 3-dot sights directly on the barrel. I'm open to other offers as well. Make me an offer if you're interested.
