Yes, you are correct. I can however part with this item with other members of the United States.

It does suck to live on the Left Coast, in the People's Republic of Kalifornia.

really ???even Pre-Ban Mags???? I thought that if they were mae B4 sept 1994 that it was still free to trade or own.. I guess California thinks it knows best for it's citizens/subjects
