I have a typical Wusthof Block set. I was thinking of buying the Ken Onion Worksharp for these kitchen knives and my other various folders&fixed blades. I would like some thoughts on the KO system. I have seen a lot of talk and review about it here,but it doesn't seem like anyone has really done an indepth review..or maybe I just haven't seen it? Any thoughts or info/video etc would be great,, I really need to learn to sharpen my own stuff..
