Hey experts!

This is my dad's knife from the Navy. He was a corpsman on a Cruiser in the Pacific, don't remember the name of any ships.

Does anyone have any info on this knife brand. I've found some vague info Klaus-US-Navy-2.jpgKlaus-US-Navy-1.jpgbut nothing very specific.

From what I've read, M. Klaas/Crane Brand is Max Klaas/Crane Brand Cutlery, the American import/sales branch of the Robert Klaas/Kissing Crane company of Germany. Max Klaas was Robert Klaas's son, and M. Klaas/Crane Brand was located in New York.
