If you intend to use it the HI DOD is much better.
The handles and sheath don't last forever.

Atlanta Cutlery has the same bhojpure for $79.
They are great collectors pieces if you can get one that isnt too rusty or badly beat up. But as InfidelShootist said,if you intend to use it, the Ancient handle is liable to break off and you would be better of just getting a DOTD.

You'd be better off contacting Yangdu and ordering an M-43. Same basic shape better steel, workmanship, guarantee....and the service from Yangdu is exceptional.

Thanks for the advise, guys. I already have a 2 super nice M-43's I picked up from a previous DOTD. I liked it so much I gave one to my best friend. He liked it so much he's been hinting about taking my wall hanger UBE off my hands.
