WWI German "Beilpicke"

I found a rather interesting post about the German "beilpicke" used by German pioneers in WWI.

It seems they used it in trench warfare and it looks to be very usefull in this role.

Thank's for the Link Mongo Man "That German Pick Axe Is Nice" I think all of the Axe & Pick Combo type Heads were all real close Copy's of the Naval Boading Axe, Here's one from the Late 1800's British I think ?
