Took the kids ( dog as well)on a hike and picnic up to Mt. Pinos along the Tumamait Trail. Beautiful weather !! 8831 ft

Nice pictures, you have some beautiful scenery to look at. Reminds me of our view from our house up here in Alaska, I love the way the mountains look in winter, and the trees... well, everything. It doesn't get too cold where we are either (-10 F in winter, usually doesn't go much farther than that).
That makes me want to go on another hike; I've hiked over 15 miles within the past few days, I've been recovering from my last hike, I keep forgetting to bring food! I was about 2-3 hours away from our house without food : /

Nice khuk by the way - what a beauty!
The JKM-1 is a really great knife, I really enjoy mine. It's so light I hardly know I'm carrying it.
