I aquired a German Dagger and am trying to determine if it is authentic. I had one gentleman tell me it was a reproduction made by Marto of Spain but I contacted a distributor of Marto and they said it was not a Marto product. The blade has a Maker Mark of "Paul Weyersberg & Co Berlin" I have found a like Maker Mark but Solingen is in place of Berlin. This dagger has no other markings of any kind. It is a Goering Industrial Dagger. Can anyone help me?
