WWII Khukuri Marking

Havn't been able to find these markings in the guides anywhere can anyone shed some light for me?

The R.R. is the kamis initials, they stand for Raju Rasaili. He is somtimes referred to as the Railroad Kami or Amtrack Kami because of the R.R.. He is in the Bio section here at the very bottom:

The 4 point star is H.I.'s symbol.
Not a Swastika, it is a Flyflot. An ancient symbol.
The lettering on the spine is Devanagari lettering. for H.I.
