I think this is the first custom smatchet I see. I've always been a fan of this pattern.
 
I've always thought smatchets were WAY cool - and this custom piece most certainly is. I wonder why we don't see more custom renditions? Nobody would call it an elegant blade, but you have to respect the purpose-built design. You did a really nice job here.

I've always thought they were COOL too, and would be fun to spend some time using one.

I don't think i've ever seen a custom one either, and that looks VERY good, as does the sheath.

honestly surprised me that none worked custom version of this legendary blade ..
I made ​​it on buyer's demand, but definitely not the last .. Soon I'll make a few more ..

Cool knife.

I have seen a few custom renditions of the smachet, and this one looks great!
