Hwy 191 that is Jackson lake area(about 5-10miles n. of Jackson,Wy) ,this road continues north to Yellowstone.Basically the road from Jackson N.Bound for about 20 miles all looks pretty much like that

I was thinking the same thing. Looks like it's right on 191 around the Moran area.
