My apologies to the one that got stuck with a nube knife maker but she is on the way.
This is my first chef knife,
Steel cpm 154 OAL 12 bolster to tip 8 and 2 at the widest point, the knife is .176 thick and made the sheath so it could be used around camp as well as in the kitchen.
Bolsters are 316 SS dove tailed, Maple burl, spalted and stabilized by WSSI. The spine of the knife has vine file work, tang is tapered. Sheath is left handed, 9-10 oz leather hand tooled front and back. Also made a stand, the base is Osage with choya for the knife to rest in, vine made from flat copper with patina for leaves and copper wire used for vine.
Thanks for looking and Merry X-mas.
