The m-25 is the flagship rifle of the m1a line that springfield armory offers it is a tribute to Carlos Hathcock one of the most leathal snipers during the vietnam war. It has a krieger carbon barrell, Rader trigger ,McMillian adjustable stock and I put a Nightforce 3.5x15x50mm scope on it. It is one bad mother. I also love the way that FFBMLE feels in my hand that is one of the best busses I have held yet.

Well, we should have listened to the Brits and the Belgians and adopted the FAL instead of the M-14, along with a 7mm cartridge...

Then the M-16 would have stayed with the Air Force MP's where it belongs.

Any way, Carlos used a bolt action Winchester or a Ma Deuce so it's a kind of cool rifle.

I'll give you $50 for it.

Ya - but compared to the bolt action think of the multiple target acquisition, and quick follow up shots this baby allows.......:thumbup:

I used to work with a marine that knew Carlos very well. He just retired to spend most of his time fishing, but he sure had a lot of stories. And in fact, his son is now serving in Iraq. :thumbup:
