X-Ray Vision Problems

Not really anything signifcant. Just curious if some of these things are normal for this knife.

1. When closed the knife isnt "locked up as tight as bank." With a good flick of the wrist the blade engages. Compared to other folders the blade is very easy to open with your thumb.

2.When the blade is fully engaged (open) there is some vertical play in the blade. Not much but only when the arc-lock is manually pushed against the blade the vertical play dissapears.

3.When the blade is closed there is a small amount of horizontal play toward the end of the blade.

Pretty much minor stuff. But I would like to know if all the knives are like this or do I need to send it in to SOG to have it looked at. Ive had the knife for maybe three weeks and have not done anything that would stress the blade or the lock. When I took the knife out of the box is was like this.

I don't have an X-Ray vision, but my Night Vision doesn't do that (play that is).
I'd call the warranty people and talk to them, i may be the norm on the X-Rays...
Does anyone else have one?

I don't have one, but I looked at two of them that had the same issue. I figured there was something wrong with the first one, but then found the second had the same thing going on. I was rather disappointed.

I just got my very first SOG and have been playing obsessively with the vertical blade play every time I open the thing. I'd love to know as well if this normal. It doesn't seem to affect the lockup but I'd hate to find out the hard way under hard use.
