Normally, I wouldn't build this knife this thick, but I had a piece of steel left over from another project and decided to have some fun. To my surprise, this sturdy little blade cuts incredibly well and is very sharp! The cutting edge is hollow ground to a zero edge and then given a small secondary bevel to increase edge strength. This blade is ground for left handed use- I intended to keep it originally, but I can always make another one!
