X15 T.N. Stainless Steel vs. 154CM stainless steel

Could someone break this down for me? which one is a better product? which one makes a better blade? which one is pricier? PLEASE HELP AN UNEDUCATED ROOKIE!!!

The X15 T.N is supposed to be much more corrosion resistant.
The 154CM, while stainless, is more prone to corrosion, but will hold an edge longer. I've had a number of 154CM blades and live 5 miles from the beach. I've never had a corrosion problem.

If you wanted a river or swamp knife, the X15 TN steel would likely be better.
Aside from that usage, for a pocket knife I'd heartily recommend the 154CM.

I own and use both and find the edge holding to be near equal. X15 should have better corrosion resistance but I've never had a problem with either.

I think the biggest difference is looks. X15 seems to be a very dark and dull steel, while 154CM is lighter and takes a better polish.
