XL Leek

I was thinking today that if the leek was just a little bigger I would love it even more. I like the size and shape of the leek as it is but if it was a little longer and little wider I think it would be better and appeal to more people.

Check out the Shallot, it is very close to a bigger Leek. Actually better IMO.

How hard is it to sharpen that blade shape? Thats what I like most about the leek is the blade shape, and ive gotten very good at sharpening leeks lol.

Not any harder to sharpen then a Leek. It just has a slight recurve at the tip.
Try one out. I think you'll find it's an excellent folder. :thumbup:

I went and handled one at a local store, nice knife, I think I am going to order one online.

Try it, you'll like it. It is very easy to sharpen and will get scary sharp.
