XL Spyderco Native?

i was trolling around the web the other day at a friends house and somewhere came across a picture of a display case of spyderco Natives at the top of the case was what seemed to be an elongated version of the native, does anyone know what it is?

Poking around it seems there have been several concepts of a large Native, surfacing under three different names and never being brought into production. Names such as... Bison, Native Chief, and Renegade...
