Xm-18 compatability

Hey everyone I have a question about my gen 4 xm-18 3".

Will any xm-18 3" scale and hardware fit or do I need to try to find a gen 4 scale and hardware?

I'm considering buying a set from DLT trading.

It’s my understanding that the scales and hardware are fully interchangeable between all Gens of the XM-18. The one exception would be Fattys and Skinnys; I believe the hardware for those are model specific.
