XM-18 Flipper how to disassemble

Hi Guys

I have been carrying my sebbie for a long time and like to pull it apart for cleaning and lube once in a while.

Now I have decided to throw my XM-18 into the rotation I know I will want to clean and lube it as well, so I'm just wondering if there are any vids around that show the process.

I'm sure it's not overly hard to do but it;s always good to see first.
