A week or so ago, I received my first Hinderer that I bought in the BF Exchange. It's a 3 inch flipper and I love it EXCEPT--- After I open the blade and grip the scales, the lock bar continues to move just a bit (tightens) against the blade. This makes a little squeak noise. Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to fix it? It may be a small thing, but it drives me crazy! Thanks for your input.

If it locks up tight both when you open it easily, or when you whack it open then it is fine. Achieving tight lock up when it is open is the goal, so check it both ways if it is tight, you're good.
