Several months ago Rob was nice enough to offer me the opertunity to buy an XM-24 direct from the shop. I initially turned it down, but then I found out I was being deployed. So it was a good excuse to pick one up. :)

Excuse the extremely crappy photos, but they were taken with my iPhone on an exciting 20.1 hour flight over Iraq yesterday/today. You could say that my brain wasn't functioning at it's best at this point. The first pic is of my scope (I sit in the back of an AWACS) with all the exciting data turned off. Stuff like refueling routes, aircraft, radar dots, all those little classified things which for some reason I can't post pictures of. :) The second is out the cockpit. Both pics are crappy, but just wanted to say thanks to Rob and Rick for allowing me to pick this up. Mostly been used to open boxes, an occasional MRE, cutting 550 cord, etc. Glad to have it.
