Hi, I'm thinking about making an order for an xm-18 3.5" flipper from Rick.
I was wondering if you get to pick the color scales you want when you order?

I'm guessing that first responders would just email the contact that's on the website with your work information and the knife you want?

Also wondering how long it takes to get the knife directly from him ordering this way.

Yep. Rob hooks it up big time. Took mine about two weeks give or take but it just depends on when they are doing their production runs.

And yes, you get to pick the scale color. Options when I ordered mine were: Black, Orange, Blue, Red, Yellow, OD Green, Dark Green, Translucent Green, Green/Black, Flat Dark Earth, Blue/Black, Pink. Not sure if this has changed at all. Also not sure but, like was said, I think the time you wait depends on them working a current production run. My wait was about a week but my timing may have been just right.
