This Pack is NICE!!!!!!

THe weight I had today was more than any day hike would normally have. MOst of the weight was ammo. 200 rds of 9mm and 100 rds of .30-30.

Anyway, the belt really took the weight off my shoulders and DID NOT BOTHER MY WAISTLINE!!! Maybe because I am sort and this pack isnt a TALL pack and drive down INTO me like my Kelty seems to do.

This is a quick shot of the removable belt.

I was able to keep the heavier ammo near the top/mid portion of the pack.

Also the pack served as a great rifle rest :)

Packing back up is so trouble free since you can get into the pack from the top and FRONT!!! That makes this pack WAY above other 2 to 3 day packs as far as day to day use and the ease of accessing your belongings.

Pack stuffed back up for exiting the woods.

I always figured this would be a good pack. Liking this, I am sure you would also find Eberlestock to suit you. I have a Gunslinger which is one of my favorites.

Good packs are well worth the money now that I have a med size pack like the Xray. It has aluminum stays that support my daily carry items and the pack isn't all floppy and saggy. Adding some pockets make it very versatile.
