I just got an XXXL NICK from Idahoskunk (thanks Scott!)

...all I can say is... WOW  :D

I wish I could post pics but I am at work and afraid of getting fired if I flash this beast around. It is more like a cleaver in some ways than a simple kitchen knife. I would have no problems taking this into battle let alone the kitchen. A definate winner with this design.

Now my only problem is that I need to make a block big and sturdy enough to hold her!

There not without their problems though..

I took to a frozen chicken for my dog Stan with mine. After my wife finding bits of chicken all over her kitchen and a split in her good cutting board, I’ve been banned out of there all together now..

Jerry should have warned us of this. ;):D:D

I've been thinking the same thing. Pair this knife up with a good stabber, (leaner meaner street), and you have an awesome battle combo. It really is not a practical kitchen knife, it's more like a bar of steel with a sharp edge.

I LOVE IT. It probably gets the most fondling time of all my Busses right now.

The NICK is the kitchen knife, right? What are the specs for the xxx model?
Peter,
Perhaps I can help with your enthusiastic thirst for knowledge concerning all things Busse. It's called the "search option".

At the top right hand corner of the screen you will see an option to "search this forum". Simply type in the "key words" concerning the info you are looking for and see what comes up.

For example, the link below is the results from the search
"xxx nick"

http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/search.php?searchid=221597

Good luck.
