It is Friday :):)

Thank Goodness it has been a LONG HOT WEEK at work...so guess what? (Big Surprise)

Drinking some ICE COLD Coor's Light and my gal Kathy from work hooked me up with some yummy zucchini's so I am baking zucchini bread....zucchini cake and anything else I can come up with:):)

Never had tried a zucchini cheesecake:confused::confused:

Just wanted to say Happy Friday and enjoy your weekend:):)

BTW.....MY HOUSE SMELLS DELICIOUS:D:D

Zucchini boats

half and scoop out the seeds and a bit of zucchini. Take this material add a little sale and pepper and saute with onions carrot strips till soft. Put this back into the "boats" add some excellent Wisconsin cheddar cheese (shredded) and back for about 20 min.

Excellent use of zucchini - preferable smaller ones around 6-8in

And of course beverage of choice. :)

fill a blender half with ice and add one zuc and one coors light, taste great! :thumbup: :cool:

Zucchini cake turned out good:thumbup::thumbup: I think still to warm to taste

Bread is in the oven right now....

Had a little mishap with the mandolin:eek::eek:

I hope I got all of my finger skin out of the zuchinni:eek:..LOL
