Well not funny per say ..but for a knife thats low profile ( tastefully done) and not gawdey at all; i never get tired of looking at it. Most things i buy are loud like a yellow vette, bright red mountain bike, lime green ski boots and the like. After a while i get bored and sell those things and buy something else, but the sebenza is so different, its so classy in an understated way; and there for never goes out of style. Something to be said for understated tastefullness ( is that even a word?) To wrap it up, i never get bored of a sebenza. :D

I cant stop opening and closing mine.. love them and wish to spread my LOVE too!

I could not agree more. IMNSHO, the Sebenza has a simplistic elegance that is unmatched by any other knife on the market be they custom or production.

I've carried a small Left Handed regular since 12/2000.

Wouldn't carry anything else. :)

I'm coming back to the 'benz with a double lug left handed large classic. Can't wait for it to ship!!

Years ago I had the privilege of owning a Sebenza (with a satin finished ATS-34 blade) and like a young novice fool I got rid of it in order to acquire the latest fads in knives. Well, after several years and a hunderd or so knives later, I have received a large Sebenza in S30V stonewash finish with silver thumbstud and spacers from a fellow forumite. As I sit here typing *and looking at my Sebenza* I realize what a masterpiece of knife engineering it is. No bells and whistles, no funky grinds, no coils, springs or torsion bars. So simple yet elegant; it's the most practical and versatile folding knife on the planet. A solid work horse that has made it's mark in folding knife history and keeps getting better and better. It's truly a knife that will stand the test of time when all others have gone the way of the dinosaur.

Yep, what he said :D :D

Mines a small classic with lignum inserts. Gotta be the toughest wood around on the toughest knife around.

Simply stated: less is more.
