I got my Small classic on friday! I waited all day for the UPS guy to show up. He finally got there at 7:10 p.m. Talk about waiting till the last minute. I am so pleased with this knife. The best part is, this is the first time I have actually owned a LH knife. I feel like this was made special for me. I need a nother one though. I don't really have the need for a 2nd, but I want one. The Sebbie I just got goes with me everywhere now. What a great knife! I know that I defended other people in the past about carrying other knives they felt compared to the Sebbi but were less expensive, and how people say the Sebbie isn't worth the money. All I have to say is, I am sorry for those comments. I didn't know what I was talking about. Now I know. This knife is worth every pennie. For all the BM's, Emersons, and MT's I have bought in the past year or so, I could have bought 4-5 CR's. What a fool I was. Now I know. Any one reading this that hasn't made the jump to a CR should do it! :D

Congrats on the start of an addiction.... I personally know of a LEFT HANDED small wood inlay that is looking for a home :) and if you like a regular you do owe it to yourself to try a "woodie" ask the men who own one.... I have been USING my small sebbie for a year or so and miss it badly when I try something else.... even to the point of using another when I have the sebenza in the other pockett.... again welcome to the sebenzanista's (or however ya' spell it :D)

Thanx for the reply. I may just want the woody. E-mail me and we can talk about this. It's more PC than dealing out of the sale forums. I hate complaints from others.

It would appear, USAFSP, that the small size is very agreeable to you. Glad to hear it. I worried it might seem too small to you.

I had to do some backtracking when I bought mine too. What is most amazing to me about my large std, is how the ergonomics of the handle have changed with time. I find it very comfortable now, but when I bought it I said, honestly, that I thought the handle of every other knife I owned was more ergonomic than the Sebbies. Can't say that now. It is amazing how those soft handles have adapted to my hand.

Enjoy your new knife! You must be a southpaw like me. Not many people will make you a left hand knife. I second the woody, I really like mine. You can't go wrong with the wood inlay and you might have to beat me to the one that tallpaul has. The inlay gives the knife a softness that the plains don't have. The inlay also rounds out the handle and feels nicer in the hands. The workmanship of the inlays needs to be seen to be truly appreciated. Pick that baby up! What the heck, I'll post a picture of my little left hand family. To me and for my purposes, the small is the way to go!:D

Lanning, I sent a couple e-mails and pic's and have not heard a reply- if ya' do not want it a certain prolific lefty sebenza lover is gonna grab it :) but he wanted you to get first dibs.

I just got my wood inlay small Sebenza with Spirograph Damascus on Monday. Like you, I waited all day for UPS to come. This is by far the best knife I own. Check out FPH's post to see the picture of his knife and mine.

(For those of you that have already looked at his post - yes I did the writing. I thought everyone referred to the wood inlays as woody's - guess I'm wrong. Oh well, definitely not the first time nor will it be the last time.)

Add another Sebenza owner to the ranks!!! I also wised up and I up and sold off all my BM's to get these beauties.
