I prefer a high HRC on my fish knives and I'm not a big fan of tsuchime or kurouchi. Although I appreciate that many people like them.
I could get away with less money and still be happy.

My yanagiba is a Masamoto in Aogami. But your choices are fine for that price range.

Yoshihiro is very good for the money.

I've used Masato to, kpnosuke, kikuichi (spelling) and while they are fantastic, yoshihiro offers similar performance at a fraction of the cost.

Nice collection, HwangJino! My yanagi-ba is a Sakai Ichimonji made by Sakai craftsmen courtesy of Bluewayjapan on eBay. Just restored the finish today!

This could be said of pretty much every knife - but replacing "can be used" with "should be used." It's really rare that you'll see an 8k finish out of the box from any manufacturer.
