The Kumar Villager WWII just arrived... its beautiful... just gorgeous. The leather of the sheath is so buttery and the khukuri is just amazing! And there was a Nepal pin in the box. I'm sorry I ever doubted you Yangdu... can you ever forgive me? :o

I have a growing collection and it seems a shame to use this one. From what I've been able to glean, Kumar does not make Khuks any more for HI. This one might go on a display stand and the Bura would be used.

My HIKV is currently in remission, although I am aware that it could resurface at any time.

The symptoms you've presented with suggest you may suffer from a mutant strain, HR. ;) :D

Looks as though you've got a nice collection started. Enjoy.
