22" 33oz. Dui Chirra by Bura. Perfect rig. Excellent little tool kit. 5 minutes worth of rust. $195 UBBB

20" 29oz. by Bura. This is a replica of khukuri carried by an early Nepali prime minister -- Junga Bahadur, I think. They have the handle labeled Jungay which is as close as they can come. Minor rust at tip. $99 UBBB

18" 31oz GRS by Bura. Perfect rig but minor rust (5 min) at tiip. $75 UBBB

19" 19oz. Chainppuri by Sher. Very good work. Excellent handle. $75 UBBB

14" 16oz. BDC by Bura. Special 4th of July price. $75 UBBB -- and we have 3 or 4 available.

Email to get any or all.

SLOW DAY! Everyone must be out shopping for their BBQ festivities or fireworks.

I've been sitting here for awhile drooling over that Replica khuk by Bura, I just can't afford it right now... :(

Chainuri gone but Yangdu says she has a couple more. Couple of BDCs gone but still have a couple left.

Do my aching eyes deceive me or does that BDC have a traditional bolster and almost no cho creep?

Email sent on a couple of items..

If someone is looking at Dui Chirra but isn't sure if it's a good buy, I'd like to state that this blade is nothing short of beautiful. I got mine couple of weeks ago :) It's funny: the added set of tools makes you want to take it to the woods, while aesthetics of the blade make you want to keep it by your bedpost. The handle is shorter than usual, and that took me little getting used to (my hands are on the larger side), but my overall impression is that it's a steal for the money.

I just noticed that something is missing in the photo of the Chainpure.
I hope that mine comes with both.

It will...dust bunnies were probably still working on it since it's so purdy!

That replica is NICE.

Even a bit of curve to the handle.

If possible, the Kamis should be encouraged to go that way, IMO.

If I wasn't broke, I'd get another chainpuri....

Now to go drool over the other sale post.

Yeppers!:D

I know what the faq says about this. I expect that the Chainpuri will be a lighter blade than a Sirupati. Is it also lighter than a Chitlangi? Is it as light a blade as a Kobra?

My 12" Sirupati is about 5/16" thick, and the 17" is about 3/8" thick.

Anyone have any info on the thickness of a blade on the Chainpuri? The one in the photo looks narrow, but I can not tell how thick it is.
