Who makes the Dharan Biltons ?

Inquiring minds want to know.

I'm guessing they are made at various shops (1 shop ? ) in Dharan
& bought, checked, shipped to add to HI inventory.

Biltons are made by Dharan local shop Kami.

Beautiful pictures of Beautiful knives offered as Beautiful Deals.

I like 'em all. I even like the little guy, and I normally don't. Look how sculpted the Kumar Karda is.

Thank You Yangdu!

Thank you, Yvsa, for such a great design!

And thanks to those other sharks (you know who you are)
who stood off and allowed me to realize a long-held desire.
May your hopes also be fulfilled.

Welcome Gyr!

Thanks Bamboo.
I've enjoyed hanging out here since '99. Don't post very often because the rest of you are wiser and more articulate than I. (Faster typists too, I think ;) ) By the time I collect my thoughts and compose a post one or more of you has posted exactly what I had wanted to say.

I have learned much (and much that is of great value) from all of you.
Especially from those who have now walked West.
Uncle Bill, Rusty,Walosi, Pappy, et al.

I send gratefulness in each of your directions.

Peace

hey gyr?

Congratulations.
Is bery, bery pretty.

And, no one here is wiser nor more articulate than you are.

Years ago, BruiseLeee sold a CD with responses that a person could cut and paste from. We all use that.

Never, ever hesitate to post a comment...within the elastic boundaries of respect, tolerance, and courtesy.... We need you in our gene pool.

Ever see the "Phantom thread?"

Now there is a testament to ...er...something.

Thanks, Kis, You are too kind!!!

E-mail sent on the BruiseLee CD. ;)
Can't think how I may have missed that one.
No wonder you guys are so fast with the clever retorts.

Yes, I have seen the Phantom thread. In fact, I followed it with such great interest that I had to replace my keyboard several times due to ..er..ah.. coffee infiltration. ;) I tried to save it to a CD but it curdled my CD-RW thingie. I suspect that it may also have "curdled" Spark's original server.
After about 1500 posts I began forwarding the thread to my sister, the clinical psychiarist. I'm not sure but I beleive she's contemplating a treatise on the khukuri as a causitive factor in mass psychosis. She also cautioned me to keep some Baker Act forms handy in case I should actually encounter the "person"?? who calls himself "The Duck". :D :D :D :D

Gyr;

Don't hesitate to talk. Might as well call it talk. We sit here and try and figure out which knife for what, pray for our circumstances, and wonder what is going on in the universe. Typical Cantina.

I still think Gry should buy us all a Heinekin...that's a nice kit for a former lurker to get!

;) :) :D

Posts like this show you're our equal at least and no doubt ahead of some old farts like me. I just design a khuk or knife now and then.;) :D

Rep sent.

Email sent on 14 inch 8 ounce Kumar Karda by Kumar. US antler handle. Bargain at $39 YBB. I'm hoping the antler curves the right way but there's just something about this one that called my name. Now if I get it I'll have to visit the credit union.
Wonder if a ski mask and a khuk? Naaaaawwww, never work. The prisons are full of folks who thought it would, well not the khuk part but ya know what I mean.;) :D

I'm going to regret not buying that Malla! I've wanted a chandan Malla for a while, and that price is great! It's just more than I can swing right now.

So, if anyone is birthday shopping for me...:)

Okay, that's three YCSs that this new job owes me
Short bolster, non-chiruwa, looks good!!

Thanks, Munk

My years of listening to each of you have taught me that there are very many worse ways for a man to spend his time than speculating on the uses of various knives, praying (and sending smoke) for each other and marvelling what is going on in the universe. Such is the soul of the Cantina.
I am honored to "sit" in such company.

A very wise man used to say "Great forumites make a great forum".
To that I can only say........ AMEN
