That villager special looks excellent. Unfortunately I'm all tapped out after yesterday. Got a 15" villager by Kumar that is all business.
 
Gator, the best way to describe my villager special is it is
a cross between a WW2 and a Sirupti, if that makes sense.
It has a satin finish and the handle has no finish applied.
Came very sharp and just cries out to be used. Took it on vacation
and trimmed my father-in-law's trees and even beheaded a catfish
with it. Anyone who gets this 20 incher will be very pleased ;)

Very similar to a 20" Sgt. Karka Samsher I have, although this one is 8 oz. lighter so should be even more user friendly.

One of these years I'll score an antler M43. First one I have seen in at least 6 months! And the first ever with a red scabbard. Nice...!

You got that antler M43, Sweet? You won't be sorry. I know that for a fact. If it was as well done as the one I got, well, you're in for a treat. Lookin' forward to pictures perhaps? ;)

Just realized (only took me a few hours!) that the Villager special on this Deal is also the exact length and weight of the Junge as well.

Hey Travis, I just received another M43 yesterday from Yangdu's Deals http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=356107 So in comparison to the M43 that I bought years ago it is 2oz lighter, the bolster weld is almost perfect, and the walnut handle is excellent and and on the same level as the bolster as where the old M43 the handle is obese with both being very close to having the same blade profile...I am looking forward to the antler M43 ! :eek: I'll see about putting up some pics on Thursday when the antler gets here.
