Wow! Lots of good stuff lately. I got a 10" BDC earlier this week, and it is fabulous! It should be a great slicer and skinner (although not really a wood chopper), and it is BEAUTIFUL! So, if you're doubting, you should grab this one.

I have my fingers crossed for a 14" now...
 
Amtrak makes a nice 12" AK. :) All are great. Let the feeding begine! :p

Sent a request for the wood handled 10" BDC, than changed my mind and clicked on the 'UNSEND' button.

IIRC, I did that once before and it was perplexing. ;)

I have a horn handled one from the first issue. I have taken a liking to the wood handles khukuris. Easier to maintain for me.

I tried HI site and "search" for BDC (too few characters) but struck out. "BDC" = ?

Guys, I got one of the 25" Chitlangi when there were a couple up about a month ago, if you like Chitlangis then you will love this blade. Very nice and handles well for the weight.
 
Just got confirmation....that Cherokee Rose is all mine!! :D

First one for me. Can't wait!!
